    Caspian-Pacific Policy Center (CASPAC) is an independent policy research center focused on the Caspian region, the Indo-Pacific, and Eurasian affairs. Its founding vision emerged from years of academic, diplomatic, and business engagement across Eurasia, recognizing the need for a dedicated platform to analyze and shape the evolving dynamics linking the pivotal regions. As geopolitical competition intensifies and new economic corridors, energy partnerships, and technological networks reshape the global landscape, the institute aims to provide rigorous policy analysis and strategic insight into the emerging Caspian–Pacific nexus.

    Caspian-Pacific Policy Center (CASPAC) is a cross-regional think tank dedicated to strengthening connectivity between the Caspian Basin and the Indo-Pacific region through evidence-based policy research, high-level dialogue, and strategic collaboration. Our Institute seeks to deepen regional understanding and support informed policymaking by examining the political, economic, and technological dynamics shaping the broader Eurasian and Indo-Pacific space. By bringing together scholars, policymakers, and industry experts, the Institute works to bridge geopolitical, economic, and cultural perspectives and foster constructive cooperation across Eurasia.

    Caspian-Pacific Policy Center (CASPAC) conducts policy research, produces analytical studies and policy briefs, organizes expert discussions, roundtables, and international conferences, and facilitates dialogue among policymakers, academics, business leaders, and other stakeholders. The Center also provides research and strategic consulting services to public institutions, international organizations, businesses, and other stakeholders seeking expertise on geopolitical, economic, connectivity, energy, and regional affairs. Through its research, advisory, and convening activities, CASPAC seeks to translate expert knowledge into practical policy insights.
