• The CASPAC Global AI Hub is the flagship artificial intelligence initiative of the Caspian-Pacific Policy Institute, dedicated to advancing research, policy innovation, and international cooperation on AI and emerging technologies. The Hub bridges technological innovation and public policy by bringing together policymakers, researchers, academics, industry leaders, technology experts, and international organizations to promote responsible, ethical, transparent, and human-centered AI development.
Operating at the intersection of technology and international affairs, the Hub examines the geopolitical, economic, security, and societal implications of AI across the Indo-Pacific, Eurasia, Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and the South Caucasus. Its research covers AI governance and regulation, digital sovereignty, AI diplomacy, cybersecurity, autonomous systems, digital infrastructure, generative AI, robotics, quantum technologies, and other emerging technologies shaping the global order.
Beyond research, the CASPAC Global AI Hub serves as a platform for policy dialogue and capacity building through conferences, expert forums, workshops, training programs, fellowships, and consultations. It produces policy briefs, strategic reports, research papers, technology assessments, and thematic studies that provide practical insights and recommendations for governments, businesses, and international institutions.
International collaboration is central to the Hub’s mission. Through partnerships with universities, think tanks, technology companies, research institutions, and international organizations, it promotes joint research, expert exchanges, and multi-stakeholder initiatives on AI governance and responsible innovation.
